How to increase your Daddy’s sex drive!

Goooooooood afternoon lovely readers of the Goddess Blog and welcome to another day in the company of your Goddess, today I will be discussing several ways that can prove helpful for all of you aspiring Sugar Babies out there to increase the sex drive of your Sugar Daddy!

Guys, your libido is different from everybody else’s and there’s no ‘normal’ level that you need to live up to. It naturally fluctuates over time and can be lower than usual for various reasons. For example, your sex drive can be affected if you’re stressed or tired, have low testosterone or possibly have a medical issue that you’re unaware of. If you’re experiencing a prolonged low libido and it’s causing you concern, there are many things you can do to help give it a boost. Here, the Goddess has some tips to offer that can prove handy!

1. Manage Stress

Stress plays a big part in reducing your sex drive and contributes to low libido in men. And when you’re already feeling anxious, the extra anxiety caused by having a low sex drive only makes it worse. Your frustration with your situation increases and, in turn, you become more anxious and stressed in a never-ending cycle. It’s essential to understand the main causes of your stress and try to manage them to learn how to increase male libido. For example, you may be stressed about your job, family matters, or financial pressures. Talk through things with your partner or Sugar Baby or maybe seek help from a therapist. Try some breathing techniques or meditation. Go for walks to help clear your mind or try a relaxing form of exercise, such as yoga. Make some time to do an activity you enjoy and consider men's libido supplements to aid in the process.

2. Exercise!

Exercise is good for your physical and mental health in general but it can also increase your libido. It doesn’t need to be strenuous exercise, just enough to start feeling physically better and to lift your mood. Try low-impact aerobics, go for a walk, go bike riding with your partner or swimming. Any regular exercise is better than doing nothing and you’ll be more confident about your body image, increase your stamina levels and give your endocrine system a boost,  all of which contribute to increasing your sex drive.

3. Limit Alcohol

Excess alcohol can be detrimental to your sex drive in a number of ways. It affects your blood flow, disrupts the amount of testosterone that’s produced, and reduces the sensation felt in your genitals. A limited amount of alcohol can help you to get in the mood but avoid drinking too much so that the mood doesn’t rapidly disappear.

4. Eat Healthy

A healthier diet does wonders to improve your libido. Sugary, fatty and fried foods negatively affect your metabolic health and this hampers hormone production and regulation within your body. Lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, whole grains and nuts are all recommended as part of a healthy diet. As well as including zinc-rich foods, such as oysters, to boost your sex drive, be sure to eat those that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and sardines. Pomegranates, grapes as well as various herbs and spices also serve to increase your sex drive. For example, basil, ginkgo biloba and ginger.

Just as including beneficial foods in your diet is important for increasing your libido, it’s essential to avoid those that lower it. We’ve mentioned fatty, fried and sugary foods above but you should also steer clear of foods that are high in sodium and soy products.

5. Strong Relationship - Strong Sex

Having a low sex drive can impact your relationship so take steps to make sure you stay strong as a couple. Refrain from blaming each other for things you’re not happy with – sexually or otherwise – and concentrate instead on the positives. Suggest different things you’d like to try both in the bedroom and as part of your everyday lifestyle. Do some new activities together and talk openly with each other. Make time for each other with date nights and try massage or other techniques to increase the sexual chemistry between you. By having a strong relationship, it will lessen any feelings of guilt or frustration you may feel about having a low sex drive and make it easier to relax.
